It all started with my marriage to my second husband whom I thought was the light of my life...little did I know how evil he was and intended on being...to make a long story short he tried to kidnap her from the hospital at only hours old, then he actually did at 18 days old but I got her back within 48 hours, Praise God ! Only to lose her to him in August of 2003 when he told lies to cps and they took her from me and gave her to him(even though cps took her from him at 18 days old when he kidnapped her...and even though he had stolen 3 other children from their mothers before and was ordered not to ever see two of them) He continually violated visitation. At one point we didn't see her for 8 months. We saw her a few times after that and now it has been since 11-2004. Judge Hawk of Marshall County refuses to hear the case and holds onto the case. Judge Hawk moves to circiut court this Jan. So perhaps the next Judge may do something. Please pray she is protected by angels thru day & night. Thank you! |
