Hi I'm a 25 year father who as had his daughter taken away from me November 2005 by the C.C.A.S and my story will explain. Thank you for listening best of luck to you and your families.
My daughter (won't use names because they have used that against me in court) was taken away from me in November 2005 because I pushed my daughter to get therapy to find out my she said "mommy pokes in my hole". I brought it to there attention just over three years ago they took it as a revenge trip to get custody and ignored the situation completely. About 1 year later I had pushed to get my family assessed at the Hincks-Delcrest Center which they recommended therapy and parenting classes for both myself and the mother and a child group for our daughter. When I enrolled myself into the therapy and parenting classes I tried to enroll our daughter but because of split custody at the time I needed the mother to consent which she refused even though it was for our daughters best interest. No one thought any thing of it, C.C.A.S said they legally can not do anything. I followed their complaint procedure and they would not respond, so I got my M.P.P involved Marylin Churley. I made it to the executive director which she denied to meet with me, then C.C.A.S had there psychiatric consultant claim that I am homicidal and suicidal without ever meeting me even though my psychotherapist for 2 years says I would not harm myself or other. I even have a report from a psychiatrist who says I would not harm myself or others. They tried to press charges against me for public mischief saying I made her say "mommy pokes in my hole" the charges where dropped. I kept trying to get her to see a child therapist which C.C.A.S kept saying that it would hurt her but they will continue to talk to her and that won't hurt her even though they do not have child psychology but a child therapist will hurt. I don't know how they made sense of that. They took our daughter away from me when they charged me for public mischief on November 22, 2005. When the charges where dropped C.C.A.S said that she was afraid of me even though numerous doctor, therapist and social workers say different. They have even refused supervised access and I do not believe that the lawyer I have obtained has my daughter's best interest at heart or my best interest.
