So treat them like God meant for them to be treated. What a wonderful life a child would have if only that were true. What great adults they would turn out to be, if only that were true.
Our focus here at three sides to every story, inc. is to help you understand the difference between children that need to be adopted and those that should never be taken from loving and caring parents because the unity between their parents has been broken.
There are many, many children in this world that come from horrible situations…they have no one…or no one wants them. These are children that need loving families to take them in and love them as their own. Adoption can change the lives of these children and make them whole again. We applaud the families that put their hearts on the line and give these children a home…A home they would have other wise not had. It takes a very selfless person to take a child to their side and raise them as their own. God bless those that do.
One the other side of the coin are the children that have loving parents…the parents separate and the children are used as pawns to hurt the other parent. These children are sometimes kept from the non-custodial parent. Lies are told to keep these children from their other parent until one day the non-custodial parent is served with adoption papers. The sad part is the non-custodial parent probably got behind on child support…thus fighting an adoption is so expensive it is way out of the question to even entertain the thoughts of fighting…so the children are adopted and their daddy is throw out with the trash.
On yet another side of this three sided coin…when daddy is served with adoption papers…he digs in and fights with all his might for his children whom he loves with all his heart…but the court decides “IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD” these children should be adopted and kept away from A loving and caring Daddy. In most cases these children knew their Daddy and loved him with all their hearts. But the judge decides to punish these children because their parents separated. He says that in “THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD” these children should be punished by allowing an adoption that removes their daddy from their lives.
PLEASE CONSIDER THE HEART OF THE CHILD YOU WISH TO ADOPT. MAKE SURE THIS CHILD SHOULD BE ADOPTED BEFORE YOU PUT THEIR HEART IN YOUR POCKET AND CLAIM IT FOR YOUR OWN. AND AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION YOU DECIDE TO ADOPT A CHILD..LOVE HIM/HER WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND ALLOW THEM TO ONE DAY KNOW THEY CAN COME TO YOU FOR THE TRUTH ABOUT
THEIR PARENT(S).
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT GOD PICKS THE PARENTS…HE MUST HAVE HAD A GOOD REASON FOR HIS CHOICES.
DON'T PUNISH A CHILD JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO PLEASE YOUR PARTNER .
AND, LAST BUT NOT LEAST…GIVE CHILDREN THE CREDIT THEY DESERVE…AND KNOW THEY HAVE A HEART BIG ENOUGH TO LOVE US ALL.
