We do admit openly that there are many cases where children need help from abusive parents, and when that is the case the attorney is helping in the right way, but it is those OTHER cases that we at “Three Sides to Every Story, Inc ” are fighting for. The ones where one parent hates the other and will do anything to hurt them, even by hurting their very own children.

We hear of good attorneys and we hear of bad ones. We hear of attorneys that go that extra mile to make a difference in every case they take. We also hear of attorneys that go that extra mile to take your money and leave you hanging and wondering what the heck just happened.

We know there are attorneys in this country that do everything they can to bring your case to the right place for everyone .

But, we also know there are attorneys that tell you one thing, and bless pat they do something completely different than what you wanted or even expected. They tell you that you have a chance, knowing dang well; you have no chance in the world at winning your case, cause your case has already been decided. We know of attorneys that tell you, oh, don't worry THEY CAN'T DO THAT , but then they go on to allow that very thing to happen, without really doing anything about it. We know of cases where an attorney looks as if he is doing NOTHING for you, then you find out that is right, cause your attorney was told to back off if they want to continue to practice law in that county.

We know there are attorneys that require large retainers, only to back out of your case, and keep most or all of your money for doing RESEARCH . Even though you gave the money in good faith, we realize that good faith is not always in the mind of the attorney.

While we do not mean to put the burden of proof on anyone, we do want to say, if you are the one with the problem and you go to an attorney for guidance, then common sense will tell you, that your attorney not only knows what he needs to do to help you, he also knows plenty more about charging you, then he does about being fair.

He also knows a lot more about NIT PICKING the law and helping one parent over the other to make the case drag out for years. If the case drags out for years, he makes more and more money, while everyone suffers .

We would like to say, if the system is going to allow this to happen to innocent children, then the system needs to pay for the children to have an attorney while the grownups fight it out. That way they could have what they need while all this is going on. We believe that a lot of this horrible stuff that is done to children would STOP, if someone were watching out for the children.

What you will find in this section is a list of attorneys we have found on the Internet, by word of mouth and by the attorneys wanting to add their name to our ever growing list. We do not suggest that you use any of these attorneys, we list them only FYI.

However, if you know good things about an attorney, or bad things for that matter, send it to us, we will check it out and post what we can. I would personally like to go on record saying…we have used six attorneys in our fight for our girls and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars. We have contacted, and discussed our case with somewhere around a hundred others. We had mountains to move after others messed up our case so badly, but these two attorneys went that extra mile to do EVERYTHING they could to help our case. A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

My Mother wanted me to be an attorney, she said, “You would argue with the signboards and print them yourself”…boy, and don't I wish I had listened to her. The biggest problem with my going to law school, I didn't know people like me could be an attorney. I thought you had to be rich and come from something to be an attorney. We were very poor and the few times I mentioned I would like to go to college, my grandmother (who raised me) would say,

“College (with a laugh), just who do you think you are?”

Well, now I know who I am, and I am in the biggest battle of my life, fighting the people that went to law school and learned how to “NIT PICK” the law. They learned how to make the laws work for the side that makes them the most money.

Think about this. So many men when they marry, they want their wife to stay at home and raise a family; they want to take care of her and the children. A lot of the time she does just that. When the marriage breaks up, she has no job ( no money ) and he is the breadwinner. Now, if men were given the children at the time of separation, then women would not be able to fight as hard as men ( no job – lack of MONEY ), and thus would not be such a moneymaker for the family law INDUSTRY .

It is in my opinion, and I am a good authority on this subject, I have four sons and between them they have fifteen children, they are all wonderful fathers, they give baths, change diapers, hug them, tuck them in at night and TELL THEM THEY LOVE THEM… they give them a since of security. However, two of these sons are now divorced and the lives of their children have suffered a great deal, due to the ever on-going anger of their ex. I have two grandchildren that have both parents after the divorce, their lives are not normal (what ever that is) , but they do have both parents. I also have three that have lost the most wonderful father on this earth because the INDUSTRY of family law has used these children to make their living.
