Mr. Cordell is licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and Missouri. He received his B.S. in Accountancy from Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. He also graduated from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
He is the founder of DadsDivorce.com, a popular website for divorced and divorcing fathers, where he participates in regular podcasts. Mr. Cordell has also authored a book, Civil War: A Father's Guide to Winning Child Custody, which is in its second edition.
Mr. Cordell has written extensively on matters of Family Law. His columns have appeared in the American Conservative and the St. Louis Metrovoice. He was a commentator for six years on the popular weekly radio program "Listener's Legal Line".
Mr. Cordell has spoken at various seminars dealing with topics from domestic relations to bankruptcy to estate planning. He has also hosted numerous family law seminars for the public and fellow attorneys featuring nationally recognized authors.
