GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING
“CASA” INFORMATION
Court-appointed Special Advocates

You are invited to send us any information you might have about Court-appointed Special Advocates.
The reason for this section of our site is a very simple one. We want to give credit where credit is due…be it good…or…be it bad.
If you have information about a Court-appointed Special Advocates that you would like to share…please do so by selecting either “CASA by State” or “Info We Acquired” and then select “Add Your Letter”.
It makes no difference if it is good or bad things they have done…it does matter though that it be the truth. Please do not try to slander a CASA program just because things did not go your way…always do what is right for your child. Children deserve the best we can give them…give them what they deserve.

If you feel a CASA program did your children wrong…send it to us and we will post it. On the same token…if you feel that your children's CASA volunteer did right by your children…we want that information as well.

We may need the following information before putting your letter on our site.

  • County and State where case took place
  • In what court the case was handled
  • Some form of proof may be needed to verify
  • There may be other things we will need, we will e-mail you if that becomes necessary…we will need for you to include your e-mail address…in case we have questions or need more information.

If you have questions or additional information you failed to send us and would like to add…you may e-mail us at three3sides@aol.com with the additional information…we will do our best to include any and all information you want posted…as long as we can verify…so we can post the truth.

If you would prefer to write a letter and do not want to provide any of the above information…we will need for you to include at the bottom of your letter…”This is written by…your name…and submitted to “Three Sides to Every Story” for them to place on their site for all to read…they are not responsible for the content of my letter.” We will then consider your letter for posting.

Our goal is to provide the public with information about the CASA program…that comes straight from the people that use them…not written by the CASA volunteer themselves.

WE NEED FOR YOU TO KNOW…IF YOUR CASE IS SEALED…NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON…WE CAN NOT POST THE CASE INFORMATION.

SO MANY CASES INVOLVING CASA…ALSO INVOLVE MINORS…THEREFORE THE CASES ARE SEALED…LEAVING US UNABLE TO POST CASE INFORMATION.
