Father's Rights

Wishing for father's rights does not make it happen.

We live in a world that believes that fathers are not parents unless they are living with their child's mother.

If we could list all the fathers in the USA that are wrongfully separated from their children, it would make even the coldest person cry. There is no regard for their feelings, their love, their need to care for their children or their ability to do any of the above. There is also no regard for the feelings of the children these fathers are taken away from.

All we want is for the truth to be told, someone listen and then do something about it.

These fathers and their children are not bad people, so we do not understand why they have to be punished. They have not harmed anyone, and they miss and love each other very much. Some of these fathers and their children have not seen each other in years. We know of cases where Daddy is still paying child support, but never sees his children. We know of a case where the children have been wrongfully adopted, and daddy is still paying child support.

It is time for all of us affected by this to make a stand. We have to let the public know what is really taking place in family court today.

We believe that if a Judge is going to be allowed to strip a father from seeing his children and his children are going to lose the man they call daddy, and the reason from the Judge's mouth is going to be in the,
“BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD”
Then we believe the Judge should be required to tell exactly why he thinks in the best interest of the child this father is being removed from his child's life.

  • If a child is going to be made to go to bed every night thinking their Daddy does not love them, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a child is going to grow up without their Daddy there to protect them, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a child is going to be kept away from loving Grandparents, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a child is going to be made fun of in school because they have no Daddy, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a child is going to be punished for loving their Daddy, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a child is going to have to live a life of lies, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a child is going to be made to grow up believing their Daddy does NOT love them, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a child is going to be wrongfully adopted by a step-parent, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.

THE BURDEN OF PROOF HAS GOT TO START SOMEWHERE! SEPARATING A CHILD FROM THEIR DADDY IS HARMFUL AND IS AGAINST THEIR CIVIL RIGHTS.

  • If a father is going to be made to go to bed every night not knowing if his child is ok, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a father is going to grow old without his child, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a father is going to have to explain to his loving mother, the grandmother of his children, why she can't see her babies, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a father is going to be made out to be unworthy of his own children, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a father is going to be punished for losing his job, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a father is going to be punished for being injured, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a father is going to have to live a life without the very core of his soul, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.

  • If a father is going to be made to believe his children are better off without him, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.
  • If a father is going to be wrongfully kept from his children so they can be wrongfully adopted by a step-parent, then we believe the Judge should have to make the reason known.

  • We know of a story where a man lost his kids because he fell behind in child support due to NO JOB, INJURY, ANOTHER INJURY, SURGERY, ETC. His children have been adopted, he has been fighting it for years, and the last trip into court for a motion for a new trial, this father was made fun of, and ridiculed because he was fighting for his kids. At the end of the case, this father jumped up to go talk to the Judge, he was held back and told not to do that, and this father looked in his attorney's eyes and said,
" I do not want to hurt the Judge, I just want him to look me in the face, man to man and tell me why he is taking my kids away from me!"
He was advised not to do that and he didn't, but it is a very valid question. Why can't they be told why? Why doesn't the Judge have to explain why?

If this is going to continue and fathers and their children are going to be separated for WHAT REASON , then a woman should check out her partners before she has a child with them. She should put all of her choices in a line-up and check them for:

  • Looks
  • Money
  • Job
  • Temperament
  • Habits
  • Faithfulness
  • Understanding
  • Character
  • Charm
  • Attitude
  • Persistence ness
  • Love
  • Devotion
  • Religion
  • Relationship with his family
  • Relationship with her family
  • Desire for her

I really don't think I need to go on, although I could. Most of the reasons a man and woman cannot get along and stay together especially after they have children are on the list above. None of those reasons are a reason to punish your child and her Daddy by separating them, once you find out it is not going to work.

We would also like to once again say, we do not believe in abusing a child, so it is not the fathers that have done terrible things to their children that we are talking about. BUT, we also do not believe in Mommie doing any of these things to her child either, and everyone should remember..

MENTAL ABUSE IS A VERY HARMFUL ABUSE OF CHILDREN!
We have very strong beliefs. We have stories that are beyond belief. We are strong; we love our kids and our grandkids. We will stand united, after all, isn't that what this country was built on,
A UNITED FRONT FOR THE TRUTH, UNDERSTANDING and RIGHT!
