We have come up with the brain storm of recognizing those that not only fight their own case, but those that also try to help others as well. If you know someone you would like to nominate to be featured on our Parent of the Week page, please contact us at three3sides@aol.com.
Many children are caught up in the fight between their parents and have no way out. It is our belief that parents don't wish to harm their child, they simply don't realize the damage they do to them when they make a child choose one parent over the other, or take a parent completely out of that child's life.
At Three sides to Every Story, Inc. we strive to educate parents and law makers as well as the general public of the need for children to have both parents and both sides of grandparents after separation and/or divorce.
Please join us in this ongoing task of bringing awareness of those that do so much to the forefront so all may recognize their efforts.
If you know of a parent or grandparent that really sticks their necks out to make a difference...we want to hear about it.
Our children are the future. Help make their future brighter by getting involved and helping to make a difference.
A Person Who Voluntarily Offers Himself or Herself for a Service or Undertaking.
A Person Who Performs a Service Willingly and Without Pay.
A Person Whose Actions Are Not Founded on Any Legal Obligation So To Act.
Someone who has spoken up about the changes that need to be made in our system. Someone who has walked a picket line to bring awareness. Someone who has stood before a judge and told the truth about his or her case and yet the judge ruled against them. Someone that has extended a shoulder for another to cry on. Someone that has walked in marches or attended rallys or lit a candle to bring awareness...that is who we are looking for so we can honor them.
A PERSONAL NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER ABOUT PARENT OF THE WEEK.
My name is Bessie Hudgins; I am the Founder/President of Three Sides to Every Story, Inc.
As I prepare to turn sixty two, I find myself deeply involved in the world of family and juvenile courts over my grandchildren. Between my son and I we are constantly trying to figure out the best route to take to secure a place in his children's lives.
As I began to see the devastation for children and parents as well as grandparents all over the country, due to the un-family court system, I decided to start this organization.
I have lived my adult life as a survivor of many of the very things that we are trying to educate people about, to help them understand what the effects of these actions are.

This list could go on and on, but I think by now you get the point. I hope by opening up my own story and sharing the experiences of my childhood, I can help others with what I have learned from it.
We need people with compassion and understanding to stand up with their story and help bring awareness to our growing list of actions that are happening to our children of divorce. By telling these stories and honoring those that work to change this system, we educate those coming along now and maybe, just maybe we can stop them from going through what we have gone through.
We look forward to working with you and sharing information with each other that will help to bring these horrible actions to their knees and end this war on our nation's children.
